An Australian rapper who was a boyhood friend of Heath Ledger has released a music video the star directed shortly before his death. N'fa Forster-Jones recently posted the 3 minute, 31 second-clip for his song "Cause An Effect" on his YouTube and MySpace pages, along with a video in which he explains how the project came about. Forster-Jones, who had been friends with Ledger since they were toddlers in the Australian city of Perth , said the video was shot in one day at Ledger's beachside apartment.  

An uncle of the late Heath Ledger defended an assault charge, amid claims he interfered with witnesses, in the Australian film star's home city of Perth today. Haydn Charles Ledger, 53 of the north-eastern Perth suburb of Woodbridge, pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Giuseppe Cicchini to one count of common assault. Neither Ledger nor his lawyer appeared in Perth Magistrates Court today, but police prosecutor Adam Oswald said Ledger intended to call four witnesses.  

"The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" was Heath Ledger's final film, and co-star Verne Troyer has only positive things to say about being on set with the fallen star. "I feel so honored and privileged to be a part of the film," Troyer told "Extra" at the AFI Fest screening of the fantasy film. "Being able to work with Heath was one of the greatest things that I've ever gotten to be able to do."  

Monday's episode of Castle has received some flack from other reviews, but I have to say I disagree with the lot of them. There were a few moments that weren't quite as on as most weeks, but that has to happen on all shows, and as much as we bemoan it, that should not necessarily be the focus. Not when there was so much else to comment on.
